It is with great pleasure Whittlesea Pacers Basketball announce JLN Plumbing as a major sponsor for 2023. JLN Plumbing was founded by Jacob ‘Jake’ Numa in 2004. Over the past 19 years Jake has seen JLN Plumbing grow into a substantial team of contractors and associated plumbing professionals able to successfully complete a wide range of projects. All work carried out by the JLN team complies with all associated codes, regulations and standards and extends beyond that into Environmental Sustainability.

As a member of the wider community, we are proud to be sponsoring Whittlesea Pacers Basketball and offering scholarships for the members to apply for; EMPOWERING FEMALES IN SPORT Scholarship, DOMESTIC BASKETBALL Scholarship, and the KEN NUMA MALE RECIPIENT Scholarship” said Jake.

Reflecting on my own life and the contribution basketball made not only on the court, off the court as well, I recognize the importance of sport, especially basketball, helps develop these principles as well as teamwork, leadership, decision making, and most of all being a good community person” Jake continued.

Jake and his team work hard, complete all work to the best of their ability, and surpass the expectations of their client needs. These are traits we, at Whittlesea Pacers Basketball admire and want to impart on all our basketball community.
The scholarships on offer will assist young athletes, male and female, by providing a financial contribution to; Playing Fees (excluding individual game fees); Whittlesea Pacers Basketball Holiday Camps and Clinics; and Talent Identification and Development Programs conducted by Whittlesea Pacers Basketball.
