The Whittlesea Pacers D.O.C’s encourage all our players to continue working on their game when possible.

They have put together a number of different workout programs players can complete at their own pace depending on skill level.

August 2021:

This program is suitable for players at a younger age group : 100 Minute Workout U12 To U16 August 2021

This program is more suitable for players who are more advanced: 115 Minute Workout August 2021
