It is an exciting time for the Whittlesea City Basketball Association (WCBA) with basketball back on the court, and in the first half of 2022 off the court, a mountain of work has been undertaken to develop the new WCBA Strategic Plan.
The WCBA strategic plan is a product of an extensive consultation process that included the following key stakeholders:
- WCBA Board
- WCBA Staff
- WCBA Junior Domestic Club Presidents & Representatives
- WCBA Pacers Representative Players & Coaches
- Basketball Victoria representatives
- City of Whittlesea representatives
The WCBA Strategic Plan 2022-2025 will be presented to the WCBA members for their adoption at a WCBA General Meeting:
