Further to our last communication we hope this email finds you all safe and well.
Championship Executive in conjunction with WCBA Executive and Basketball Victoria have worked through figures and come up with a refund amount with the following options for either a refund of 2019/2020 registration or a rollover of registration to go towards the 2020/2021 Championship season.
Option A – refund of $175.00 will be given for any junior championship player who has paid full registration fees for the 2019/2020 championship season upon request. For this option we require in writing your bank details ie Account Name, BSB & Account Number.
Option B – a credit of $200.00 towards the 2020/2021 season registration fees. Please advise if this is the option you wish to take. If the player who has requested a credit for next seasons registration fees does not make a team then they will be refunded $200.00. This refund will be applied once teams for next season have been finalised.
We will also be in contact with families who haven’t paid their fees in full.
In closing we thank you for your patience during these trying times and look forward to the time when we can be back to some normality.
